Julia Gerke (*1993, DE) is a visual artist based in Leipzig. She completed her bachelor’s degree with distinction from Kunsthochschule Mainz and her diploma of Fine Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts Leipzig. She is part of the artist duo /POKY (2019–ongoing).
Recent works were shown at the Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst Leipzig (2023), Museum of Fine Arts Leipzig (2022), Simultanhalle (2022, Köln), Kunsthalle Mainz (2021), LindeNOW #17 (2021, Leipzig), POKY – Institute of Contemporary Art (2020, Mainz), CCA: Centre for Contemporary Arts (2019, Glasgow) and Frankfurter Kunstverein (2018), amongst others.
